Private Event Venue Information

A. VENUE ONLY

The Customer will have use of our unique 1500 sq. ft. space to accommodate up to 45 guests.*  

  • $150 for the first 2 hours of use. 

  • +$25 for every additional 30 minutes needed beyond the initial 2 hours

  • A $75.00 deposit is required upon booking and will be credited towards the total cost of the event. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.

We offer add-on options for self serve coffee and tea and/or custom sweet treat orders from 

Becca’s Baked Goods for this venue option.

 

B. VENUE+OPEN COFFEE BAR

The Customer will have use of our unique 1500 sq ft. space to accommodate up to 45 guests.*  A trained and knowledgeable barista(s) will be present to take any drink orders during the event.

(Food items will not be available for purchase)

  • $250 for the first 2 hours of use

  • +$50 for every additional 30 minutes needed beyond the initial 2 hours.

  • +Total of Coffee Bar Purchases

  • A $75.00 deposit is required upon booking and will be credited towards the total cost of the event. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.

We offer add-on custom sweet treat orders from Becca’s Baked Goods for this venue option.


 

C. VENUE+POTTERY PAINTING

The Customer will have use of our unique 1500 sq. ft. space to accommodate up to 45 guests.* Pottery staff member(s) will be present to guide and assist you with your creations. You may have your guests choose from our wide selection of pottery pieces, or you may have special items ordered in upon request.

  • $325 of pottery must be purchased for a minimum of a 2 hour event.

As an estimate, this breaks down to $22 of pottery/person for a 15 person event

+$50 of pottery will be added to your minimum purchase requirement for every additional 30 minutes needed beyond the initial 2 hour requirement.

  • A $75 deposit is required upon booking and will be credited towards the total cost of the event. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.

D. VENUE + POTTERY PAINTING + OPEN COFFEE BAR

Pottery staff member(s) will be present to assist any attendees wanting to paint pottery during the event.* You may have your guests choose from our wide selection of pottery pieces or you may have special items ordered upon request. A trained and knowledgeable barista(s) will also be present to take any drink orders during your event. (Food items will not be available for purchase.)  

 

  • $350 for the first 2 hours of use

  • +$75 for every additional 30 minutes needed beyond the initial 2 hours.

  • +Total of Coffee Bar Purchases

  • +Total of Pottery Pieces painted 

  • A $75.00 deposit is required upon booking and will be credited towards the total cost of the event. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.

General Information:

 

  • Sundays are our dedicated event day. We do not offer private venue events at any other time.

  • We do require that all bookings be made no later than 3 weeks in advance of your event. 

  • We allow BYOB events for private venue use.

  • We recommend that our customers order sweet treats directly through us, as a way to support our amazing partnership with Becca’s Baked Goods. A list of items available is provided when booking your event. 

  • Customers are welcome to bring in any outside food/drink.

  • Customers may bring in decorations and arrange our tables/chairs as needed.
